«Κούρεμα» στα εξοντωτικά πρόστιμα για τον ΦΠΑ σχεδιάζει η κυβέρνηση

Σημαντική μείωση στα πρόστιμα τα οποία προβλέπονται για εκπρόθεσμη υποβολή δήλωσης ΦΠΑ και άλλων δηλώσεων σχεδιάζει το υπουργείο Οικονομικών, μετά από τις έντονες αντιδράσεις

Όπως αναφέρει δημοσίευμα εφημερίδας, στο «στόχαστρο» των σχεδιαζόμενων νομοθετικών παρεμβάσεων βρίσκονται τα πρόστιμα των 1.000 και 2.500 ευρώ, τα οποία αναμένεται να «ψαλιδιστούν» κατά 50%.

Παράλληλα, με τις νέες ρυθμίσεις τα πρόστιμα δεν θα διπλασιάζονται με τη δεύτερη εκπρόθεσμη υποβολή, αλλά μετά τη διενέργεια ελέγχου που θα πιστοποιεί υποτροπή εντός πενταετίας.

Στο πλαίσιο αυτό, αναμένεται και διευκρίνιση, είτε με εγκύκλιο είτε με νομοθετική ρύθμιση, του ορισμού της υποτροπής.

Επιπλέον, εξετάζεται η εφαρμογή πλαφόν της τάξης των 1.000 ευρώ στο πρόστιμο που επιβάλλεται ανά απόδειξη που δεν κόπηκε.
